Y Sports Leagues provide an introductory, fun experience for children ages 3-18 years old. We're always in need of Volunteer Coaches to help teach sportsmanship, teamwork & specific skills to the kids! No experience necessary, we will provide you with practice plans. Volunteers must be 14 or older. We recommend that teenagers pair up with a friend to co-coach a team. We are in search of volunteers with a love of the water who would like to assist our lead instructors with water safety instruction for children currently in 2nd grade. The YMCA Learn to Swim Program helps children become comfortable in the water and develop skills through fun and confidence-building experiences.
